HUNT COURSE

Pleasure Horse/Pony Division
This division and Year-End award is sponsored by ANOTHER FARM, WOODBURY. Open to all riders. To be judged 70% horse-gaits, suitability, Temperament; 30% rider - use of aids, position. May be asked to back, halt, extend gaits, perform simple patterns. Classes maybe divided into Jr and Adult if entries warrant.

303 Pleasure Horse/Pony - walk, trot, canter both directions
304 Pleasure Horse/Pony - walk, trot, canter, both directions, pattern, back, halt
305 Pleasure Hack-walk, trot, extended trot, canter/hand gallop

Pleasure Horse/Pony Champion and Reserve

306 Warm-Up Hunter O/F 2'0" - 2'3" This class sponsored by MARYANNE AND RUSSELL NEARY, EASTON.

Baby Green Hunter
This division and Year-End award is sponsored by SUNNYBROOK FARMS, NEWTOWN. Open to horses/ponies or riders inexperienced on Outside Course. May not enter any other divisions on the Outside Course, except Horse/Pony Pleasure. Fences not lowered for ponies.

Open to riders who have reached their 18th birthday as of 1/1 this year. Fences 2'6".

Adult Hunter Classic Champion and Reserve

Kentucky Hunter Classic Division
This division and Year-end Award. is sponsored by ALL THE KING'S HORSES, RIDGEFIELD. Entrants must enter the entire division ($45). Open to all riders on the outside course regardless of other divisions entered (except Baby Green Hunter). No restrictions as to horse or pony. Fences (2'6") will not be adjusted for ponies.

317a Kentucky Hunter O/F - 2'6"
317b Kentucky Handy Hunter O/F - may be asked to halt between fences, or trot over a fence. 2'6"
317c Kentucky Hunter U/S-maybe asked to halt, back and hand gallop

Kentucky Hunter Classic Champion and Reserve

Local Hunter
Open to horses and ponies, junior and senior riders who live less than 50 miles from Bethel. Fences not adjusted for ponies.

318 Local Hunter O/F – 2’3”- 2'6".
319 Local Hunter O/F – 2’3”- 2'6".
320 Local Hunter U/S - walk, trot, canter both directions.
May be asked to halt and back.
